So what services does ACPS offer to the community?

• Do you work wonky hours and have a pup or an older dog at home who needs a potty break, a walk, medication, or a meal? We can do that!


• Are you planning a theme park day and need someone to check on your pets while you are away? We can do that!


• Do you have cats, reptiles, rodents, or other small animals that need care while you are out of town? We can do that!


• Do you have a home with no pets that you would like looked after while you are out of town (mail/packages brought in, lights and blinds adjusted to give your home that “lived in” look)? We can do that!

What are ACPS’s hours of service?

• We offer services between the hours of 8AM and 6PM.

What areas of town does ACPS service?

• With plans to expand our service area in the future, we currently service the beautiful cities of Winter Garden, Oakland, Windermere, and parts of Ocoee (areas west of Clark Rd.).

Do you need services outside of these times or areas?

• No worries - we work with and have great relationships with several other pet sitting companies in the area and we are happy to refer you to them. Just send an email by clicking on the “Contact” tab at the top of the page.

Consultation - $15:

Initial meeting with potential client where we will go over the details of caring for their home and pet prior to their departure.

    Approximate length of visit: 30 minutes

Fish bowl visit - $12:

Ideal for: fish bowls or tanks. Includes: feeding, water top off, magnet tank cleaning.

    Approximate length of visit: 10 minutes

Shy cat visit (can be scheduled for cats only) - $17:

Ideal for: very shy cats who hide or do not enjoy a lot of interaction. Includes: feeding (if required), medication administration (if required and can be done quickly), litter cleaning, water refresh, mail pick up, plant watering (if requested and can be done quickly), and TLC if we have time left over and kitty is receptive.

    Approximate length of visit: 15 minutes

Expedited small animal visit - $17:

Ideal for: birds, rabbits, small rodents, and reptiles. Includes: tank/cage tidy up, feeding, watering, mail pick up (if requested), plant watering (if requested and can be done quickly).

    Approximate length of visit: 15 minutes

30-minute visit - $27:

Ideal for: low- or moderately-active dogs, social cats, birds, rabbits, small rodents, and reptiles. Includes: walk and/or potty break, feeding (if needed), medication administration (if needed), water refresh, litter box/tank/cage cleaning, mail pick up, plant watering (if requested), and TLC.

    Length of visit: 30 minutes

1-hour visit - $57:

Ideal for: active dogs, social cats, birds, rabbits, small rodents, and reptiles who enjoy interaction. Includes: walk and/or potty break, feeding (if required), medication administration (if required), water re-fresh, litter box/tank/cage cleaning, mail pick up, plant watering (if requested), and TLC.

    Length of visit: 60 minutes

Home visits w/ no pets: $20:

Home visit with no pets to adjust lights, blinds, bring in mail and packages. CAN NOT BE SCHEDULED WHEN THERE ARE PETS IN THE HOME.

    Approximate length of visit: 20 minutes

Pre-Departure visit - $15:

When an existing client whom we have already done a consultation for requests a "refresher" or meeting prior to their departure.

    Approximate length of visit: 30 minutes

NOTE: During all of our visits, basic home care comes free! These services include:

Turning on/off lights and/or TVs and radios
